One thing I love to be is unique! I think photography is something that should catch your eye. Something that will make you look twice and that is interesting! I love offering my clients an AMAZING experience and to have their photos tell a story.
Born in Southern Missouri in a tiny little town called Republic, as a child we moved around a lot. Las Vegas, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma to name a few I was staring new schools and constantly meeting new people. Fresh out of high school, I soon found my need for adventure at the age of 19 took me on my journey to the Unite States Air Force. I have never been more scared yet empowered at the same time. My years in the Air Force are some of my most proud and memorable times of my life which have offered me one of life's truest blessings.....lifelong friendships.
After the Air Force, I moved to Indiana and found myself at a point in my life where I had no clue what I was doing! I began exploring my creative outlets in DIY projects and jewelry making. I began finding my self completely drawn to the power of photography as a means of creative expression. What first began as capturing my children in daily life moments soon grew into a love and admiration of the art of photography.
My photography is not just about taking pictures it's about making it a memorable experience! My approach is unposed with connection. But don't worry! Unposed doesn't mean I will leave you hanging not knowing what to do in front of the camera. I will offer multiple prompts as well as encourage natural smiles, laughter and to talk with those you love while I am shooting. The result is photos that will capture the connection you have together. Unposed means you will have raw and real images that capture the emotion and your life as it is right now. My hope is that when you look back at these photos you wont just see them...you will feel them.
